To answer this, Blossom has a completely original model. We first help you develop your internal new business discipline, then recruit, train and equip the perfect personnel for your company. Your new recruit spends from one to three months on-the-job training at our offices, being taught to be an outstanding prospector in all areas, but specifically trained in the needs and culture of your business.
